Our Raffles
THE WEEKLY MEAT RAFFLE ~ Held on each Sunday of the week from 2pm
Meat is sourced from local businesses and top quality is the order of the day.
A strip of 5 numbers is only £1, buy £5 worth and get an additional 5 numbers absolutely free.
Tickets are available on the day or throughout the week from bar staff.
THE '100 BALL' DRAW ~ Held just prior to the meat raffle we have our 100 Ball Draw.
At just £1 per number winners stand the chance to add £100 to their bank balance depending on squares sold.
As with the meat raffle entry is available on the day or throughout the week.
MONTHLY BINGO ~ On the first Saturday of every month you get the chance to win big with our BIG BINGO GAME.
It is great fun and carries a jackpot of a minimum £100 in the final game but is always a lot higher.
There are 7 games plus our unique Traffic Light Bingo and a small buffet for all taking part.
Our ever popular bingo has a start time of 8pm and we advise you to get in early to reserve your seat as we are
unable to reserve tables. EYES DOWN AND GOOD LUCK!

Periodically we hold additional seasonal raffles in the club such as Easter and Christmas plus special events / charity nights.
Keep your eyes on our interior and exterior notice boards that also detail our events.

Occasionally we host events such as bands in our comfortable and air conditioned upstairs lounge.
We have no planned events at the present time but the room is available for private hire to members only.

SATURDAY 7th JUNE ~ NICK'S MUSIC QUIZ ~ Come along and test your music knowledge with our very enoyable quiz complied
by our social chairman Nick Hilsdon. There are 8 rounds to test you featuring music from the 60's to the 80's so don't worry, there are no questions based on modern music. Entry to the quiz is £2 per player with maximum teams of 6 and the winners will take the prize pot. It is always great fun and everyone is welcome.
SATURDAY 28th JUNE ~ KARAOKE NIGHT ~ Another of our ever popular karaoke nights held on the last Saturday of each month on this June one to be hosted by our residents Rant 'N' Decks. If you are a singer then we invite you to come along and showcase your talent with us to a very appreciative audience. As a reminder we use top of the range sound equipment plus cordless microphones and a truly gigantic song selection to choose from. We give a warm welcome to all.
MONDAY 7th JULY ~ OPEN MIC NIGHT ~ if you are a musician then we invite you to come along and share your talent with us at another of our Open Mic Nights, each of which are held on the first Monday of every month. They are hosted by our good friend Steve Dennison and they are proving to be very popular.
Non members are welcome and the guest fee of £1 is applicable, however this is waived for musicians taking part.

SATURDAY 12th JULY ~ 80's DISCO ~ Get yourselves in a boogie along to the sounds of a fantastic era of music that defined much of what we hear today. A decade when New Romantic and Electornic really came to the fore and brought us acts such as Adam and The Ants, Spandau Ballet, ABC, Michael Jackson, Whitney Houston and many more. The fun starts at 7.30pm so get along early and reserve your place on the dancefloor.
SATURDAY 26th JULY ~ KARAOKE NIGHT ~ Our July karaoke is to be hosted by our wonderful friends Mark Wilmot with his terrific
'Stars In The Bars' show. This is always a brilliant evening with a great atmosphere so we invite all singers to come along and share their dulcet tones with us. As with Rant 'N' Decks Mark only uses top quality sound equipment and has an amazing song library so don't miss out on your chance to join in a fun evening.

SATURDAY 16th AUGUST ~ 'PLAY YOUR CARDS RIGHT' ~ Exactly what it says on the tin, a night of games based on the retro TV game show. Our social committee have yet to decide on the exact format of the evening but what we do know is that it will be a very fun night with lots of laughs and no doubt drama along the way. We expect this to be very popular so ensure that you get in early to secure your seat and possible participation.
All events are listed on both our interior and exterior notice boards as well as table notices in the Jubilee Lounge and a TV presentation.
~ PLEASE NOTE ~
Entry to raffles is available to members only with the exception of Bingo Nights that are open to signed in guests also.
The start time for disco's and karaoke's is 7.30pm, all other events / games nights commence at 8pm.
Guests and non members are welcome at any event but must sign in and will be subject to a £2 admission fee at weekends and £1 on weekdays. This is variable depending on the event but it will allow them full use of club facilities and drinks at member prices.
The club reserves the right to refuse entry to any person at any time depending on the circumstances.
